Duties :

Manage guest interactions with professionalism, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Conduct basic maths calculations for bill processing and ensure accurate billing for guests.
Requirements :

Proven experience in a restaurant setting. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on exceptional guest services. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing accurately. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required. A genuine passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering quality service.
