Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
