Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. The Server will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment and fostering guest satisfaction.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience Ensure all tables are kept clean and organised throughout service Handle guest queries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed Follow food safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Process payments accurately using the POS system

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to provide exceptional guest service Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes Experience with upselling menu items to maximise sales opportunities Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
