Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team at Big Easy Westfield Stratford. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service while ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience to the fullest. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are set for new guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation and culinary practices is a plus.
