Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure timely food and beverage delivery, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visit Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Follow food safety regulations and procedures diligently during all stages of service Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is preferred Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with basic maths for handling bills and transactions is beneficial Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively This role offers an engaging work environment where excellent communication, attentiveness, and enthusiasm are valued.
