As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise during service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but unnecessary . Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions are required. Experience in serving or culinary roles will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with guests positively.
