We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced Thai restaurant environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials, including up-selling where appropriate. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with familiarity in serving techniques and food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding menu items and preparation methods. A proactive approach to up-selling menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
