. As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be delivering exceptional service while sharing your knowledge of our steaks, wines, and cocktails with every guest.

About the Role:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be a key part of creating a warm and memorable experience for our guests. You'll have strong knowledge of our menu, including steak cuts, cooking styles, wine pairings, and cocktails, and you'll be confident in making recommendations that enhance the dining experience. Outstanding service, a friendly attitude, and great attention to detail are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a warm, knowledgeable, and professional approach Build strong product knowledge across the food and drinks menus, especially steaks, wines, and cocktails Confidently advise guests on menu choices, cooking temperatures, wine pairings, and cocktails Maintain high standards of table service, timing, and cleanliness Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Handle guest feedback positively and professionally Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards Support team training and continuous improvement in service standards

About You:

Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment preferred Strong interest or experience in steaks, wines, and/or cocktails Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills High attention to detail and pride in delivering a consistent, polished service A positive, can-do attitude and a real team player Willingness to learn and continuously improve product knowledge
