We are looking for a

You will be working alongside our Restaurant Supervisor and team of restaurant staff, therefore you must have a

positive attitude

to working within a team.

You will be in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverages. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and maximise sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication.

Skills

- Greeting customers at the door & seating appropriately
- Preparing drinks from teas and coffees to wines and spirits
- Taking customers' orders using an EPOS system
- Till work and cash handling
- Providing outstanding customer service(important)
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Keeping workstations clean and tidy
- General cleaning duties

- Mandarin or Cantonese are preferred

Opening hours are between

12.00pm to 11.00pm

. You will be assigned a different schedule each week and so flexible availability is ideal.
