Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a restaurant and shisha lounge in the heart of the Ascot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information when requested - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Upsell additional items where appropriate - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders - Attend to customers' needs throughout their dining experience - Process payments and issue receipts

Skills - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments - Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation processes is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.00 per hour
