We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with food preparation as necessary, utilizing culinary experience when applicable.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, or OpenTable for order processing. Previous fine dining or restaurant experience preferred, with a focus on guest services. Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience in bussing or host/host roles is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food service industry is essential.
