Night Care Assistants
to join our team in Pilsley, Chesterfield. If you're ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities by providing essential overnight support, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do
Provide a safe and secure environment for children with disabilities throughout the night. Conduct regular checks to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people. Respond promptly and compassionately to any needs that arise during the night. Carry out light domestic duties and prepare for the morning routine. Maintain clear and accurate records of overnight events and observations.
What We're Looking For
Kind, reliable, and resilient
individuals with a genuine passion for working with children.Experience is welcome but not essential
; we provide full training and development opportunities. The flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most.Positions and Pay
We have both full-time and part-time positions available. All salaries include a sleep-in allowance.
