About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll help create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment for children throughout the night. You'll remain alert to ensure their wellbeing, carry out regular welfare checks, record observations, and respond sensitively to emotional or behavioural needs.
You'll also help prepare for the following day, keep records up to date, maintain hygiene standards, and communicate professionally with out-of-hours services when needed.
Training is fully provided, and you'll be paid while you learn, with opportunities to progress your career in residential childcare.
