What we're looking for
We are looking for a
Support Worker
who is:
Qualified with NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
Kind, compassionate, and patient, with a genuine passion for working with young people
Driven by the desire to help young people overcome adversity and thrive
Able to deliver individualised care that focuses on positive outcomes
Key responsibilities
Building strong, positive relationships with the child, their family, and all professionals involved in their care
Offering dedicated support to children with disabilities and/or challenging behaviour, ensuring their needs are met
Maintaining detailed, accurate records and promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties
Ensuring that best practice is consistently implemented across all areas of the care package
Supporting personal care routines, encouraging independence, and engaging the child in meaningful activities
Demonstrating a genuine commitment to improving the life and future of the young person
