The Role - Waking Nights Support Worker (2 Positions)

Two Waking Nights Support Workers required Temporary contract: 3 months, with potential to be extended Shifts to be shared between the successful candidates, covering 7 nights per week Hours: 10:00pm - 7:00am Rota-based working, including weekends

Key Responsibilities




Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities during night-time hours Carry out regular checks and respond promptly to residents' needs Provide reassurance and personal care where required, always with dignity and respect Administer medication in line with care plans and organisational policy Maintain accurate records and complete effective handovers for day staff Support a calm, safe and settled night-time environment
