We have an exciting opportunity for Waking Night Residential Support Workers to join our wonderful team at one of our children's residential homes, based in Erith and is a learning disability home for young people. We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in young people's lives, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in a safe and nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will be required to cover shifts over two sites based in Erith dependant upon the needs of the service.

The post is full time.

The waking night shifts salary is 13.50 per hour.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a waking night rota, which will be scheduled weekly by the home's managers.

Successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and an enhanced DBS check. To be successful in your application, you will need to undergo a safer recruitment process and adhere to a strict code of conduct regarding your behavior at all times.

While it is preferred that you already hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare, if you do not, you will be required to complete this qualification within two years.
