We are seeking
Waking Nights Support Workers
to join our team. Whether you have a background in delivering care and support to young people or bring personal experience that resonates with those in our care, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Be a compassionate role model and mentor, empowering young people to:

You will work as part of a skilled and supportive team, receiving comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the chance to earn a qualification in Social Care.
Our team works flexibly to support young people 24/7, 365 days a year. This role involves working on a rota, including out-of-hours on-call responsibilities, so flexibility is essential.
