What You'll Be Doing
Provide consistent
overnight supervision and care
in a nurturing setting for ages 7-18
Support
bedtime and morning routines
, including personal care where needed
Keep accurate records and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
Be a key part of a team that puts the child at the heart of everything
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Ideally 1+ years in residential care, youth work, or support roles
Driving Licence:
A full UK driving licence is essential
Training:
Willing to complete or already hold an NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner
Eligibility:
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
