Your Role

As a

Waking Nights Support Worker

, you will:

Support children with nighttime routines and respond to needs during the night Provide emotional reassurance and a calming presence to help children feel safe Maintain personalized care plans and follow individualized guidance Assist with early morning routines to prepare children for the day ahead Keep accurate records and use IT systems for documentation and communication Work collaboratively with the team to maintain consistency and high standards of care Be expected to work at least 1 weekend a month
What You'll Bring

Experience working with children or in residential childcare is highly desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow and implement individualized care plans Compassion, patience, and a calm, grounded approach to overnight care Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting Valid driving license preferred
