from the local area. Placed in 15 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside, we provide meaningful opportunities through our

9 workshops

, fostering independence, creativity, and a supportive community.

About the Role:



As a

Waking Nights Support Worker

, you will play a key role in ensuring the

safety, comfort, and wellbeing

of our residents throughout the night. Whether it's providing emotional reassurance, helping with personal care, or responding to emergencies, your calm presence will bring peace of mind.

About You:



You'll need to be able to:

Provide respectful, person-centred support

Stay alert and responsive throughout your night shift

Communicate clearly in spoken and written English

Use IT systems including Microsoft Office, assistive tech, and remote monitoring tools

Follow hygiene, safeguarding, and safety protocols

Conduct regular well-being checks and foot patrols and respond appropriately

Work confidently both as part of a team and independently (on-call support provided over the night hours)

Ability to follow training, policies and procedures

Embrace our values of dignity, inclusion, and respect

Preferred qualifications:

Care Certificate or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Full training will be provided for the right candidate if this qualification is not yet held.
