24,829 per year (pro rata)

Drivers with own car highly desirable due to the location of the role, rural village between Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds

We are looking for a Support Workers to work with us in our Abbots Meadow service supporting 4 adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, degenerative conditions and complex health needs.



What You'll Be Doing:



Every day's different, but your role could include:


Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community Providing personal care (with dignity and respect) Making each day meaningful -- and having fun while you do it!

We have a variety of services across Stowmarket, from supported living homes to self-contained flats and outreach work. We'll chat with you to find the best fit.
