Pay Scale: Starting at 13.12 per hour, rising to 13.29 after probation. Opportunity to progress to 14.00 at your own pace.
Part time position available - 73.5 hours per month spread over 7 worked nights.

Join our passionate teams within South West. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, you'll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.
Shift Pattern
This part time role offers 73.5 hours per month, worked across 7 overnight shifts. Enjoy a consistent schedule from 10:00PM to 8:30AM, giving you plenty of daytime flexibility!

Experience
Experience in social care is desirable but not essential--we're looking for individuals who share our core values:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalised support plans. Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team. Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person's goals and aspirations.
