We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Ward Manager

to join our team!

What You'll be Doing

Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Monitor and improve ward performance and patient outcomes. Implement and uphold hospital policies and procedures. Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for staff and patients.

What You'll Need

Registered Nurse NMC Pin Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in mental health care is highly desirable.
