We are recruiting an experienced and motivated

Ward Manager

to lead a

busy adult medical ward

within a well-established healthcare provider in

London

.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, developing teams, and driving clinical excellence within an inpatient medical setting.



Key Responsibilities
Provide

clinical and operational leadership

for the medical ward Ensure delivery of

safe, high-quality, patient-centred care

Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary nursing team Oversee staffing, rota management and workforce planning Maintain compliance with

CQC, governance and clinical standards

Drive quality improvement, patient experience and service development Work collaboratively with senior management and MDT colleagues Manage resources, budgets and ward performance effectively
Candidate Requirements

Registered Nurse (NMC)

with a valid UK PIN Proven experience in a

senior nursing role

(Ward Manager / Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse / Sister) Background in

adult medical wards / acute medicine / general medicine

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Experience in managing teams, performance and clinical governance Patient-focused, quality-driven leadership style
