We require a Band 7 RMN or RNLD to work alongside our dedicated Multi-Disciplinary team who provide care and support to our inpatients.



The successful candidate will be a key part of the Campbell Centre Senior Leadership Team. We require a dynamic, compassionate leader who can ensure high standards of care and effective management of acute services, with an emphasis on safety and flow whilst ensuring good outcomes for our patients.



The successful candidate must be available to work shifts as well as core office hours as the role will involve at least 1 day per week working in the clinical numbers.



We will ensure that supervision and continuing development reviews are provided and that your PDP needs are supported in line with service development.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.



Ensure the day to day management of the multi-disciplinary team, with responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.



The Senior Practitioner/Ward Manager will ensure a quality and efficient service operates within the ward whereby high standards of nursing care and statutory requirements are adhered to.



Take a lead role in clinical and multi-disciplinary team meetings, supporting and guiding junior staff, ensuring that all contributions are recognised.



The post holder will be responsible via the ward staff for the completion of all documentation, planning of care, provision of care, for all patients.



The postholder will be part of the Duty Senior Nurse roster and will undertake the role of Duty Senior Nurse one day per week and have the responsibility for liaising with internal and external agencies.
