We are seeking an inspirational Ward Sister / Charge Nurse who will be a visible role model, leading by example and demonstrating a passion for delivering high standards of patient-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and supportive team at the heart of respiratory excellence.

What we are looking for:

A registered nurse with a keen interest in respiratory medicine.



A proven leader, ready to take responsibility for the clinical and operational management of a busy unit.



Someone with a strong focus on staff wellbeing, who can support, guide, and develop a multidisciplinary team.



A professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with the wider MDT to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities:

Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure high standards of nursing practice.

Oversee workforce planning, budgetary management, and governance processes.

Lead on the training and development of staff, promoting continuous learning.

Foster a culture of compassion, safety, and excellence in care delivery.
