to join our growing team supporting sheltered housing, supported living, and retirement properties across Scotland. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of warden call systems, telecare equipment, and related life-safety communications technology.
Duties
Install, service, and repair
warden call and grouped living systems
(e.g., Tunstall, Appello or similar).
Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to ensure minimal disruption to vulnerable residents.
Perform routine preventative maintenance, testing, and system upgrades.
Complete accurate documentation, job sheets, and compliance records.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients, housing staff, and residents.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant regulations and company standards.
Experience
Proven experience working with
warden call, telecare, or life-safety alarm systems
.
Strong understanding of analogue and digital communication systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to pass PVG/Disclosure Scotland checks.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
