We're looking for a highly organised

Warehouse Manager

to lead operations for a busy events/broadcast warehouse, hours are 8.30 to 5pm plus overtime as needed. You'll take charge of a small team of operatives and drivers that flexs to include freelance support during busy periods, ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered on time for major productions.

What you'll do

Manage and schedule warehouse staff and temporary workers. Oversee equipment prep, cleaning, scanning, loading/unloading. Plan truck packs and ensure smooth logistics for productions. Maintain warehouse standards - safe, tidy, fully compliant. Track assets, oversee repairs/servicing, and manage missing/damage reports. Support wider management team with operational improvements.
What we're looking for

Ultra-organised with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communicator, confident with staff, suppliers, and clients. Great time management - able to juggle multiple deadlines. Proactive, independent, with a can-do attitude. Confident using Microsoft Office (inventory/accounting software a bonus).

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
