  • Receipt and processing of all customers orders updating stock inventory within the warehouse management system and providing the initial point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Processing of customers\xe2\x80\x99 Warehouse and movement Orders in accordance with established procedures and agreements.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Warehouse Management System.
  • Book in the receipt and discharge of all inbound freight, manually and via EDI.
  • Process stock enquires and resolve stock queries
  • Photograph new stock and send to customers
  • Obtain and send customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery ETAs
  • Book in Warehouse receipts (containers and trailers)
  • Arrange transport (Simarco and 3rds party couriers)
  • Obtain PODS for customers.
  • Filing and general administration duties.
  • Respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone
Hours of Work

Monday - Friday

09:00 - 18:00

40 hours per week

1 hour unpaid lunch break

Experience
  • Prior experience working within an administration or customer service role.
  • Previous office experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Background dealing with in coming deliveries, drivers and customers.
Education
  • Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English
