Warehouse Administrator

: Gregory Distribution Ltd is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator at our Bristol site. This key role supports the daily operations of the warehouse by providing essential administrative assistance and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Warehouse team by accurately processing all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Transport teams to ensure all logistical requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Liaise directly with delivery depots and business partners to coordinate deliveries, ensuring they are completed professionally, on time, and in full.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers by working collaboratively with Transport, Customer Services, and Warehouse Operations teams.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication between Gregory Distribution Ltd and its customers to support smooth service delivery.
• Maintain proactive, open, and effective communication on all customer service matters, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of KPIs and daily operational statistics to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience of electronic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a distinct advantage.
• Experience of working in a similar role is vital and you should have a good working knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
• Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
• Attention to detail.
• Working to deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
