This is a full-time, fixed-term role (until 15th Febraury 2026) operating on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with working hours from 06:00 to 18:00 and an annual salary of 31,019.03.
Function
============
Oversee a designated warehouse area by overseeing operational processes, people, and client relationships, proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities for each shift, while fostering a safe working culture and supporting team development.
Key tasks
Managing the people and processes related to an assigned floor/ process
Ensuring that the right resources are deployed to successfully
Proactively identifying and flaging problems and ensure these problems are resolved with minimum disruption to service
Fostering a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns and celebrating success
Monitoring the performance of individuals and teams, providing feedback, coaching; mentoring and training to facilitate improvement and development.
Supporting Shift Manager during the formal performance management; absence and disciplinary processes
Undertaking ad hoc projects as/if required
Profile
===========
Experience as a Warehouse Administrator or Logistics Coordinator is highly preferred; training and support available for the right candidate
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently
Collaborative team player who supports others and contributes to a shared vision
Willing to undergo training with full support provided
Communicates effectively and adapts to different audiences
Proactively manages personal development and career goals
Eager to learn and grow within the company
