We're looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused
Warehouse Administrator
to support the smooth running of our Milton Keynes operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on accuracy, and is comfortable supporting stock and warehouse processes behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support the stock team with stock checks, batch control, and quarantine processes.
Manage Goods In (GI) and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN).
Handle customer returns and work closely with the Customer Service team.
Provide reports, updates, and administrative support to the leadership team.
Assist with HR/payroll-related tasks.
Help organise social events and team engagement activities.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience in warehouse or logistics admin (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of the AWARDS system or a similar WMS (advantageous).
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
