Eclipse2020 Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established Warehouse and Distribution company based in Foston. We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator with Blue Yonder experience on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

You will be providing administrative support to the warehousing and logistics functions of the business it is a pressurised role where you book in the deliveries create paperwork for inbound and outbound deliveries, daily stock check, ,dealing with drivers, lots of communication on email and phone. You must have warehouse management system background (Blue Yonder) so you can pick up the training easily.

EXPERIENCE WITH WAREHOUSING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IS ESSENTIAL

Hours: 18:00-06.00

Shift: 4 on 4 off

Pay: 13.90 per hour

Location: DE65 5DJ

Duties and Responsibilities

General admin duties - booking in deliveries Fully competent in warehouse management systems and have experience in inbound and outbound deliveries. Dealing with drivers queries so knowledge of transport office beneficial Training will be required on in house WMS system Ensuring all Outbound paperwork is accurate, provided within a timely manner and filed away appropriately. Industrial setting so safety boots and hi-vis must be worn Being responsible for ensure the orders are fulfilled and correct Ability to work to deadlines Must be good on microsoft word and customer service with a keen eye for details Experience within a similar role is essential Good communication skills
