We operate the UK's ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation's best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.


We are looking for

Warehouse Administrator

to join our team with a real can-do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Are you enthusiastic, committed & driven to achieve effective results and reach all targets? Do you have previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse? Are you flexible in working a 5-day rolling rota shift pattern where you are contracted to work weekends and Bank/Public holidays?

As a Warehouse Team Member, the role is not just about picking the right products for delivery, but ensuring our customers get the best service and all products are received in immaculate condition.

Working Hours:




40 hours per week which may include Saturdays and public holidays.




You will be responsible for

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:



To print off any additional orders that customers require to their main order and distribute to relevant chambers. To action all cancellations that come from customer service and distribute to relevant chambers. To key in all completed orders entering any amendments onto the Minster system. To run off any invoices for emergency orders (TFT's) and pass to Transport as soon as order has been assembled. To prepare all drivers and/or customers invoices ready for Transport collection. To release, prioritise and run off orders for the following day's pick and sort into order according to the loading times. Print relevant labels for non-voice picking and prioritise. (Chicken Labels) To liaise with Customer Services, Transport and all Warehouse departments. Collate and file all warehouse documentation. To assist as required the Warehouse Manager for the Filing of Health and Safety and Training Records.

You will need

Essential:



Educated to GCSE/O Level standard. Good communication skills. Must be numerate, literate and highly organised. Must have good keyboard skills

Desirable:



Experience within an office environment.

Ability to operate office equipment e.g. printer, photocopier.
