Frederic Smart Logistics is a long-established business in the transport and warehousing industry, focused on providing reliable delivery solutions to our customers. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our busy logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking in customer containers and vehicles using our in-house system
Managing the booking diary and coordinating schedules
Liaising with customers and hauliers to ensure smooth operations
Handling customer collections and associated paperwork
Generating pre-receipts and intake documentation for warehouse and customer use
Responding to customer queries regarding bookings and stock
Printing daily plans for inbound and outbound activity
Electronic filing and record-keeping, including monitoring sundries
Assisting with stock booking and general warehouse administration tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
