Part of the EFS Group, Eminence Trasport are a growing, family run transport business based in the heart of Kent. We have an opportunity for a committed administrator to join our Warehouse Operations department and develop as part of the wider team on site.

EFS operates from 32 key depots across the UK. We have developed a range of services, from import and export, to European road freight, haulage, pallet & parcel deliveries, refrigerated transport and more. We now offer a truly end to end, high quality logistics service.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working a Mon - Fri, with hours of 09:00 - 17:30. There is a requirement for weekend working during peak times at which you would be notified in advance - time in lieu will be given for this.

Key Points of the Role include and are not limited to:

Customer Service Liaison with customers via telephone and email. Booking in goods in deliveries with 3P suppliers. Entering/Updating jobs onto the warehouse management system. Proactive tracking of orders ensuring the customer is aware of the status of their orders. Communicating with warehouse operatives to issue work and track completed work systems. Viewing reporting and discussing with team members on how to improve upon performance. Ensuring Warehouse KPI's are met Maintain warehouse regulation and H&S procedures.
Previous Warehouse Administration experience is an advantage, as is knowledge of Mintsoft and Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook and Word).

Please note that this is a onsite, in person, permanent position. The successful candidate will be fully employed by us on PAYE and will benefit from this with regular pay, pension scheme and holiday pay.
