Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a world leader in the design & manufacturer of bespoke aircraft interiors and upholstery systems.
As a busy expanding Company, we require an Administrator to provide support to the warehouse operation with all administrative tasks
Main duties will include :
Supporting Goods-In team with Booking In & Out operations.
Printing batch labels and checking materials/parts coming in.
Supporting on organisation of any material shipments.
Support team with stock checks and counts. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitoring stock levels.
Handle warehouse queries via phone or email.
Providing help and assistance with any other department duties as and when required.
This position requires the following skills & abilities :
Experience of Administration within the Aerospace Industry is an advantage but training will be provided
Excellent communication skills - in both written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel is required
Is self motivated and possesses good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adapt and prioritise as work demands
Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions, be able to work on own initiative as well as being a valuable member of our busy team
On occasion, you may be required to undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.
