Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse person to oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels and ensuring the efficient handling of materials. No experience is required as full training will be supplied.

Basic computer and keyboard skills are essential

The working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and load & unload operations Oversee materials handling procedures to ensure safety and efficiency Manage inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms Operate forklifts safely to move goods within the warehouse Maintain accurate stock records and oversee stock replenishment processes Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all warehouse activities Organise maintenance of warehouse equipment, including mechanical systems and tools Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to optimise supply chain operations processing and inputting invoices

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or similar supervisory roles within a logistics or construction environment an advantage, but not essential This role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and a well-established organisation committed to operational excellence. Own transport necessary as we are situated in a rural area

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
