We are now recruiting for a full time Warehouse & Logistics Administrator based at our Head Office in Irlam.

About You
The successful applicant will be required to carry out all admin tasks associated with orders, logistics, COC's, stock management etc. Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred, but a proactive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn are also highly valued. Must have strong organisational skills, diligence, and proficiency with MS Office and experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
The role
Manage dispatch of orders through the ERP system, making sure every parcel/pallet has the necessary paperwork on
Stock Management - including allocating, amending, transferring and fixing any issues as needed. This will require regularly communication with other departments within the business including our factory in Eccles.
Booking and organising transport with couriers including national and international pallets & parcels to Ireland and the EU.
Support the receipt and allocation of personalised products
To run daily/weekly reports to ensure all orders are captured and processed in a timely manner.
Support with logistics on Direct Deliveries
Support Customer Service with complaints/returns
Process payments from customers
Archiving/Filing of all paperwork
Ad hoc tasks as and when required by the business.
