Job Title: Warehouse Apprentice

Warehouse Manager / Assistant Operations Manager

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Apprentice will support the day-to-day running of an ecommerce warehouse. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in warehousing and logistics, gaining hands-on experience in order fulfilment, stock management, and warehouse operations while learning on the job.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and labelling Help meet daily order deadlines to maintain high customer satisfaction
Warehouse Organisation & Housekeeping

Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised at all times Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely Follow health and safety procedures
Stock Management

Assist with counting and checking stock levels Help with booking in deliveries and putting stock away Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items
General Duties

Support the warehouse team with day-to-day tasks as required Learn warehouse systems, processes, and best practices Take part in training and development as part of the apprenticeship

Essential:

Willingness to learn and take instruction Good attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable:

Basic computer skills Interest in logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce Ability to work as part of a team
