Job Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Icon Plastics as a Warehouse Apprentice. Based in our busy injection moulding factory, this role will provide hands on experience across all key warehouse operations including stock movements, goods in/out, and dispatch processes.

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced team members, gain valuable skills and knowledge while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. of warehouse operations, including the use of various equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

Learn to move stock efficiently between warehouse locations and finished goods (FG) storage Assist with receipting and putting away incoming stock o Support the issuing of stock to production as required how to load and unload wagons throughout the day o Assist with picking and preparing dispatch orders for delivery or collection Use our ERP system to help maintain accurate stock records (full training provided) Help ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised

What We're Looking For

:

A keen interest in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing o Willingness to learn new systems, including ERP software Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks o Reliable, enthusiastic, and a good team player Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude o Good communication and timekeeping skills
Driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55 per hour
