Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to stock management, and shipping operations within a busy warehouse environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience or mechanical knowledge to develop their skills further. The position involves physical work, including heavy lifting, and requires adherence to safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing items efficiently to meet order specifications Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods Handling materials safely and effectively, including heavy or bulky items Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment Performing basic mechanical tasks related to warehouse equipment

Experience

Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Proven ability to perform moderate to some heavy lifting safely over extended periods Good organisational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order fulfilment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
