About Us:

At Stage Sound Services, we specialise in providing high-quality sound, video, projection, and staging solutions for theatre and live events. Our expert team supports productions of all sizes with professional equipment, design, and technical services. We also design and manufacture custom flight cases in our in-house workshop.

Our clients range from West End shows and corporate events to exhibitions, community groups, and amateur productions. With equipment used across the UK and worldwide, we're proud to be trusted by the industry.

The Role:

We are looking for highly organised, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistants to join our team. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth turnaround of equipment.

Equipment Preparation:

Cleaning, prepping, and flashing equipment for hire.

Logistics Support:

Assist with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles.

Hire Management:

Picking and returning hires accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with colleagues and supporting across departments.

Customer Support:

Assisting customers where needed and helping to find solutions.
Depending on your skills and experience, you may have the opportunity to specialise in a particular department.

What We're Looking For

Good literacy and numeracy skills. Strong communication skills and team player. Basic IT skills (experience with inventory systems is a plus). Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Positive, can-do attitude. Safety-conscious. Prior warehouse experience is a bonus, but your eagerness to learn and grow is what matters most.
