Overview

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Assistant/Driver

to join our busy catering team. This is an early-morning role supporting our warehouse and kitchen teams to ensure all catering operations run smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to prepare and deliver catering orders, help organise stock, and ensure deliveries to our cafes and clients are completed efficiently and on time.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations. Help pack and prepare catering jobs for delivery. Liaise with the kitchen team to bring food items up for dispatch. Put deliveries and stock away in the correct storage areas. Carry out early-morning deliveries to our cafes and catering clients. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse. Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Must be comfortable with early starts (4am -12pm shifts Monday - Sunday on a rolling rota basis). Good physical fitness - able to lift and move boxes/stock safely. Excellent timekeeping and reliability. Previous experience in a warehouse, catering, or delivery role preferred but not essential. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small, supportive team.

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
