Warehouse Assistant - Powering Operational Excellence

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Clarke Energy is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic Stores team at our Knowsley HQ.


This is your chance to play a vital role in supporting sustainable energy solutions by ensuring the smooth flow of parts and components across our UK and international operations.

Your Role in Supporting Energy Innovation

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operation - picking, packing, despatching, and receiving parts that keep our fleet of Jenbacher engines running efficiently. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider Service team to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork.


Whether fulfilling orders or contributing to the overall organisation of the Stores, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help Clarke Energy deliver reliable, low-carbon energy systems across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:


Accurately completing orders and picking lists in a timely manner Packing parts to meet business quality standards Despatching and receiving goods in line with agreed procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Supporting wider Stores operations as needed Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times

What You'll Bring

Essential:

Good general standard of education Trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Willingness to work as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Flexible and helpful approach to responsibilities

Desirable:

Forklift truck licence Experience in a busy component store Understanding of Stores operations Computer literacy
