Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Assistant at Artek, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities. From receiving and storing goods to picking and dispatching customer orders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and speed of our logistics operations. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that requires reliability and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and properly store incoming goods Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Use scanning tools or systems to manage inventory updates Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times Report any damaged, missing, or faulty stock immediately Coordinate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines Follow all company procedures related to quality control and dispatch

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow processes and work independently Basic IT or scanner/device knowledge Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods Good communication and teamwork skills Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)

Qualifications:

Basic secondary-level education Full training will be provided on-site

Tools & Technology:

You will be trained to use barcode scanners, inventory software, and digital systems that streamline daily warehouse operations. Artek uses a tech-forward approach, so a willingness to learn new tools is highly valued.
