Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to processing goods inwards, cleansing of medical equipment, testing and repackaging goods. This position requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform materials handling tasks including loading and unloading goods from vans. Maintain an organised warehouse by stocking shelves and ensuring products are stored correctly. Engage in picking and packing orders accurately for shipping to customers. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Perform lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Unpacking and booking in received goods for reprocessing

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Basic computer skills Proficient in spoken English Ability to stand for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Location and hours

16-20 hours per week Hours and days worked can be flexible but must cover core hours 9am-4pm on Wednesday & Thursday Onsite at company premesis, Located Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
