Warehouse Operative

Here at Gifts Direct 2 U we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual for our busy Christmas period

Key Responsibilities

Packing online customer orders in line with company standards to ensure orders arrive accurately and in perfect condition. Assisting with other day to day warehouse tasks once customer orders are completed Picking Customer Orders Consistently maintain the company health and safety standards complying with heath and safety regulations. Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in and around warehouse.

Requirements

Have excellent communication skills - with good verbal and written English Basic computer skills A positive can-do attitude with the ability to use own initiative Be able to work methodically and at pace Good attention to detail and a desire to exceed given targets Able to learn and implement new processes Committed to achieving high standards in any task assigned Excellent time keeping and attendance Ability to multitask Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given Excellent team player

Gifts Direct 2 U is a long established growing online retailer who first started in 2007. Since then we have progressively grown and are continuing to grow year on year.

Temporary position

Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (we can accomodate more flexible hours but a minimum of 20 hour Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary until end of December 2025

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift Monday to Friday There will be a maximum of Four Sunday mornings to work which is mandatory to the role. These hours are additional to the Monday to Friday hours.
