About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly team in Stroud on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, as well as helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment. You Will Be Responsible For:

? Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently. ? Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory records. ? Supporting with stock counts and general warehouse organisation. ? Following all company policies on health and safety, product handling, and quality assurance. ? Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness across all warehouse areas. ? Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You:

? You are organised, reliable, and take pride in doing things properly. ? You work well in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a team. ? You have good attention to detail and can follow processes accurately. ? You are physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling. ? You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications and Experience:

? Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided. ? Experience in picking, packing, or stock management systems is an advantage. ? A valid forklift licence is beneficial but not required.
