- A busy and fast paced family business, are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team here at Morpeth as a Warehouse Assistant and share our success in a hard-working and friendly environment. The role we are recruiting for: Reporting directly to the General Manager & Warehouse Supervisor we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, is professional and has the drive, energy and enthusiasm needed. Basic computer literacy, including use of using our customer management software (training given) is required.

We are looking for a candidate who will work hard, have a good attitude to work, and be able to work on their own, in a team and help others when needed. Day to day duties will be varied and range from picking orders and maintaining housekeeping standards inside and outside of our warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and serving customers as a point of contact (when making deliveries, at our branch trade counter or over the phone) providing friendly customer service. The job also requires someone who is willing to drive long distance throughout the UK with some overnight stops, supporting our out-based team as & when required.

It would be great if you had: previous warehouse & driving experience and knowledge of the automotive sector. You will also need a clean driving licence & Fork lift licence (we will consider putting the right person through fork-lift test)

Our position we are offering is full-time, permanent 40 hours per week plus overtime on-site parking. Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday 08.30hrs to 17.00hrs wage to be discussed. COVID-19 considerations: Face masks
